Chase trucks are rarer variations intentionally produced in smaller quantities than standard releases. These can include alternate colorways, special finishes, or limited-run variants that are randomly inserted into production waves—making them significantly harder to find at retail.

 

For new collectors, chase trucks are the pieces that stand out—not every box or case will contain one, which is what drives their demand.
For experienced collectors, they represent low availability, higher desirability, and key additions that separate a basic collection from a serious one.

 

Unlike standard releases, chase trucks are not consistently available and are often discovered through limited distribution, case assortments, or secondary market sourcing.
